Terms of Service

CertCleared is an independent exam-preparation platform offering practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, and study tools for dental certification exams (DAANCE, NBDHE, CDA, RDA). It is a study aid only and does not provide professional, clinical, or legal advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.

• A free tier is available. Paid plans (currently Pro at $9.99/month and Premium at $19.99/month) unlock additional features.
• Free trials. When a free trial is offered (for example, a 14-day Premium trial), a valid payment method is required to start it. You are not charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the stated paid plan and recurring price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Recurring billing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout; we will give notice of any price change.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Canceling before a trial ends means you are not charged.
• Refunds. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll work with you in good faith.

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content; reverse-engineer the Service; share your account; or use the Service unlawfully.

The Service and its content are owned by DareliM & GnukuM LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own exam preparation.

CertCleared is an independent preparation resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AAOMS, JCNDE, DANB, ADSA, any state dental board, or any other certifying body. Exam names are the property of their respective owners. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any exam.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DareliM & GnukuM LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
